This bank made a decision to rollout agile enterprise wide, following business benefits achieved as well as learnings from a previous agile adoption by the IT division. In order to achieve greater value from agile, it was realised that the rest of the organisation needed to come on board. The existing IT agile framework was to evolve into a tailored program for different areas of the business to adopt.
These new ways of working were rolled out company-wide ensuring all staff were working with a common language and understanding. The services provided included bespoke courseware development, a tailored training program and delivery of the customised training over a 9-month period.
