Step 1 - Initial Consultation
We'll take the time to understand which aspects of your team are working well and which ones aren't. We'll identify what you wish to achieve and what currently stands in the way.
Step 2 - Facilitated Workshop
Working with your team, we'll brainstorm what's working well and what isn't and generate ideas to improve the status quo.
Step 3 - Pragmatic Planning
We'll review and prioritise desired changes, devising a realistic plan to roll this out to all employees with clear targets to achieve along the way.
Step 4 - Coaching
We'll conduct Team Coaching and/or 1 on 1 Employee Coaching working towards the identified targets.
Step 5 - Check In
At 30, 60 and 90 days, we'll have a check-in call to assess progress and make adjustments as required.
