This organisation had a high volume of projects delivered by a mix of in-house employees, contractors and vendors. They lacked processes, tools or guidance how to deliver project efficiently with visibility and progress tracking. This organisation requested a refresh of its PMM support materials with a training program rollout out to all IT project teams.
A number of workshops were organised to identify the current state processes, what was & wasn't working as well as brainstorming sessions around what the future could look like, exploring ideas from different areas of the organisation.
