A team of 13 Agile Coaching supported 43 initiatives with differing support requirements. Therefore, a tailored approach was taken as customer needs evolved during the lifecycle of initiative delivery.

• Provision of fit for purpose training, coaching and support materials as demonstrated by usage statistics and feedback from users.  
• Improvement in qualitative customer feedback in relation to implementation of support structures plus metrics demonstrating improved NPS scores.  
• Team members trained and coached to be self-sufficient at the end of the contract as demonstrated by reduced demand for Coaches.
