Engaged to devise, deliver and embed standardized ways of working within IT Services as well as the Business School.
Supporting both staff and students, a team of project managers managed a large project portfolio. The main challenge was to ensure systems and applications kept pace with the growing demands from their customers and with a large international component, uptime was paramount for both on site and distance learning.
Standardized processes, materials and training were required to increase visibility of planning, program management, project delivery, governance and reporting for both waterfall and agile initiatives.

Devise and implement program, project and governance frameworks for IT and Business School divisions.
Develop and implement fit for purpose processes with associated process flows, supporting templates, stage gate checklists plus reporting dashboards.
